How can HEAL help me?

HEAL focuses on holistic personal development, making it ideal for individuals seeking to improve their emotional and mental well-being. You will learn to confront personal challenges, build transformative relationships, and commit to a process of change. Through this experience, you will gain the strategies and support needed to live a more authentic and fulfilling life.

What makes HEAL different?

HEAL focuses specifically on emotional healing and resilience, designed for those looking to overcome past traumas and cultivate mental well-being. The Cohort offers facilitated sessions, personalized coaching, and a supportive community to help participants transform their lives.

What is the time commitment?

The HEAL Cohort runs for six months. Each month, there will be one large group session lasting about 2 hours and two small group meetings. The monthly commitment is between 6-8 hours. All sessions are held virtually. The cohort officially launches on Tuesday, February 4th at 7 PM CST.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, payment plans and low/no interest financing are available.

Is HEAL a form of therapy?

HEAL is not a substitute for therapy. It complements therapeutic work by focusing on holistic personal development and community support. It features structured activities, practical tools, and peer connections to help participants achieve personal transformation.

What if I can't make every session?

While we strive to accommodate scheduling challenges, consistent attendance is critical for peer support and community building. Regular participation ensures you gain the full benefits of the Cohort, including deepened self-awareness and emotional resilience.

Will sessions be recorded?

Some portions of the Cohort will NOT be recorded to insure the safety of all participants. For the best experience, we encourage participants to commit to full engagement for the Cohort's duration.
